Advisory Committee

1. Meet at least twice a month or whenever requested by a majority of its members.
    
2. They shall have the power to demand any and all records of a local relief association and its affiliated companies pertaining to membership, together with a certification of the governmental entity records whenever same is deemed necessary for inspection.
    
3. The Advisory Committee shall report at each meeting of the Executive Committee the number of claims filed, considered, and paid since the last annual report, and any other matters of interest to or called for by the Executive Committee.
    
4. The Treasurer who is a member of the Advisory Committee, shall, on or before July 1^st of each year, submit an Association budget providing for the estimated number of claims which may be filed in the next succeeding year with recommendations for the amount to be paid.
    
5. The Advisory Committee shall receive from the local secretaries all notices of death. When all the necessary information has been received for each claim the Advisory Committee shall approve or disapprove the claim.
    
6. The Secretary of the Advisory Committee shall keep a set of minutes of each meeting and give an annual report at each convention.
